Sanatoriums in the Russian resort area of Sochi are ready to receive victims of the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall and their loved ones for treatment and rehabilitation, the city’s mayor, Alexey Kopaygorodsky, said on March 24 in his Telegram channel.
“The resorts of Sochi are ready to welcome the victims and their families. Our spa medicine techniques will help them regain their health and recover from their experiences.”wrote Kopaigorodsky.
In Sochi, state flags fly at half-mast on buildings and streets and public shows and events are cancelled.
Recall that on the evening of March 22, before a concert at the Crocus Town Hall in Krasnogorsk, near Moscow, a terrorist attack took place. Armed people broke into the building, opened fire on people and then started a fire.
According to the Investigative Committee, the death toll reached 137 people. In connection with this tragedy, March 24 has been declared a day of national mourning in Russia.
The terrorists tried to leave for Ukraine through the “window” prepared for them on the Ukrainian side, but failed. Four direct perpetrators of the terrorist attack and other people (11 people in total) have been arrested and an investigation is underway.
