Two suspects were brought before the Basmanny district court in Moscow this Sunday and the judge ordered the same measure for both. In total there are 11 detainees.
The Basmanny district court in Moscow ruled this Sunday that the two first suspects in the deadly Friday attack at the popular Crocus City Hall concert venue where 137 people died who have been brought to justice, be placed in custody for two months awaiting trial, the Interfax news agency reported, citing the court.
Russian authorities have said that 11 people have been arrestedincluding four armed men who fled the concert hall and headed to the Bryansk region, about 340 kilometers (210 miles) southwest of Moscow.
A few hours ago it was known that two of those suspected of carrying out the attack had been brought before the courtl, where they have been charged terrorism charges.
The first to be brought before the judge were two men identified as Saidakrami Rachabalizoda and Dalerdzhon Mirzoev.
During the hearing, Mirzoev said that he is a citizen of Tajikistan and has three minor children. The accused lived in the Moscow region with residence documents that expired three months ago, the TASS agency reports.
Rachabalizoda, for his part, would have pleaded guilty to the charges.
The attack has been claimed by the jihadist group Islamic Statealthough Putin has slipped the possibility of some Ukrainian participation, something that the country has denied.
This Sunday Russia has attacked Ukraine with dozens of missiles after suggesting that kyiv had a connection to the attack.
