In Moscow, the projection “Cranes” was lit in the building of the Rossiya Segodnya media group in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall, RIA Novosti reported on March 25.
This commemorative event is dedicated to the tragedy that took place on March 22.
Previously, the same projection adorned the facade of the Crocus Town Hall, marking the beginning of the All-Russian memory campaign.
The name of the action refers to the famous song “Cranes” by Muslim Magomayev, after which the concert hall where the tragedy occurred was named.
Images of flying cranes can also be seen on the screens of other Russian cities.
Recall that on the afternoon of March 22, filming began at the Crocus Town Hall in Krasnogorsk.
The terrorist attack killed 137 people, three of whom were children.
152 people were injured.
Russian President Vladimir Putin declared March 24 a day of national mourning.
Putin said that all perpetrators of the terrorist attack had been found and detained.
A total of 11 people were arrested.
According to the Federal Security Service (FSB), the weapons used by the terrorists were previously prepared in a hiding place.
The President emphasized that all authors, organizers and clients of this crime will be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
