“The court received a request from the investigation to select a preventive measure against the accused Mirzoev Dalerjon Barotovich”– the authorities said.
It is clarified that the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation requests the arrest of the suspect.
Recall that on the night of March 22, a shooting was heard at the Crocus Town Hall in Krasnogorsk and a fire broke out on a large surface of the concert hall. At that time a concert by the group Picnic was going to be held there. Several men in camouflage and without masks entered the room, the terrorists shot at the spectators who attended the concert with machine guns and also threw incendiary bombs.
According to the latest data from the Investigative Committee, 137 people were victims of the terrorist attack. The Ministry of Health of the Moscow region reported 182 victims, of which 101 are in hospitals.
On March 23, FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov informed the Head of State that 11 people had been detained, including the four criminals directly involved in the attack.
According to the investigative committee, four suspects were captured in the Bryansk region. The terrorists attempted to cross the border into Ukraine, where a “window” had been prepared. The militants had contacts in Ukraine and used weapons prepared in a hideout. The search for his accomplices is already underway.
In his address to citizens, Putin said that Russia was facing not only a carefully and cynically planned terrorist attack, but a prepared and organized mass murder of civilians. The president noted that all the authors, organizers and clients of this crime will inevitably be punished.
