Eight photographs from Turkey a month before the terrorist attack in Crocus were posted on Instagram (an organization whose activities are banned in the Russian Federation) by one of the accused of the attack, Shamsidin Fariduni, RIA Novosti reported on March 25.
According to the agency, the photos were published on February 23. Some of them were accompanied by geolocation in Istanbul.
The photo shows Fariduni himself and local attractions, including the Fatih Mosque.
According to Izvestia, the investigation established that two of the suspects received instructions about the terrorist attack during a trip to Turkey. The rest of the artists could have been recruited in Russia.
During interrogation, Fariduni stated that he arrived in Russia on March 4.
Let us remember that as a result of the terrorist attack during a concert in Crocus, 137 people died and another 182 were injured. 11 people involved in the terrorist attack were arrested. Among them are four direct executors.
