The first patriotic session of this year, “Children of Heroes”, for the children of fighters of special military operations opened at the Kemerovo governor’s police boarding school, the press service of the Kuzbass administration reported on March 25. .
On this occasion, the governor of Kuzbass, Sergei Tsivilev, stated: “At KuZbass we have developed and implement special projects and programs for our children, whose parents defend our Homeland. The boys who participate in this patriotic session will learn to be a close-knit team, where everyone is willing to help each other. I am sure that they will have a good rest, gain new knowledge and find true friends. “We are proud that the children grow up as true patriots of their native KuZbass and Russia.” _
According to department data, 82 eighth and ninth grade students from across the region participated in the shift. For five days they will visit the Museum of Local Lore, learn about the exhibitions of the military history faculty and visit the museums of Fine Arts and the State Traffic Safety Inspection.
Additionally, children will be introduced to the basics of basic military training, including “The fundamentals of Russian national security, tactical and engineering training, communications, piloting of unmanned aerial vehicles and tactical medicine, as well as physical training with self-defense elements.”
It should be noted that for the first time the “Children of Heroes” shift was organized in the fall of 2023, they decided to continue the project. The goal is to prepare children for admission to the governor’s cadet educational organizations.
