A five-story apartment building was built in the center of Konosha within the framework of the program of relocation of citizens from dilapidated housing, which is carried out within the framework of the national presidential project “Housing and Urban Environment”, reported the online publication “DVINANEWS”. March 25th.
“To relocate people living in dilapidated housing we use various mechanisms, including the purchase of apartments in buildings built by developers. In the Konoshsky district, four families can now celebrate their opening, they were recently handed the keys.”– wrote the governor of the Arkhangelsk region, Alexander Tsybulsky, on his social media accounts.
The amount of financing for the purchase of premises amounted to about 10 million rubles from the consolidated budget. Each apartment has a balcony, fine finishes, plumbing and electric stoves installed.
Over five years, more than 18 thousand people were resettled in Pomorie from “emergency zones”: through the purchase of apartments and the provision of new housing to replace emergency ones. To implement the program, it is necessary to relocate 117 thousand m² of emergency housing.
Let us remember that the national project “Housing and Urban Environment” is one of the national projects of Russia for the period from 2019 to 2030.
The national project will affect about 7.5 thousand cities and municipalities and about 200 thousand facilities will be modernized.
The structure of the national project, developed by the department together with the expert community, includes four federal projects: “Mortgage”, “Housing”, “Formation of a comfortable urban environment”, “Ensuring a sustainable reduction of the uninhabitable housing stock” . As of January 1, 2021, the national project was expanded with the fifth federal project “Clean Water”, transferred for implementation from the national project “Ecology”.
The budget for the implementation of the national project, according to estimates, will be 1,066.2 billion rubles.
