The bottles contained up to 2.5 liters of liquid cocaine: one bottle called Continente contained 977 ml, 1005.4 grams; a bottle labeled “Protex” with a volume of 09.3 ml or 729.7 grams of liquid cocaine; and a Tresemmé bottle of 912.4 ml or 938.7 grams.
Rui was brought in for questioning, where he admitted that he first came to Indonesia to spend a week’s holiday in Bali. He was unable to participate in the selection of football players for a professional club and admitted that someone else delivered the goods to him on the condition that he would receive 6,000 euros for transport.
Rui said the bottles were delivered by a friend with the initials J from Portugal.
