According to the order, in 2023 the “Updating the material and technical base of educational organizations for the implementation of a digital educational environment and the development of students’ digital skills” it is planned to spend 127,874,933 rubles. Of these, 75% (almost 96 million rubles) should be allocated from the federal budget.
In 2024, it is planned to allocate more than 201 million rubles for the DSP under the same conditions, while more than 151 million rubles should come from the federal budget.
Remember that many parents oppose the introduction of DSP, believing that this will further reduce the level of education in the country and lead to a deterioration in the health of children. Parents fear that schools will eventually replace teachers with video lessons.
Experts confirm parents’ fears, pointing out that without a living teacher, the quality of education will inevitably decline.
