Expressing the conclusions of the institute’s specialists, Bedilo said that the hydrological situation of the country as a whole corresponds to seasonal changes.
As follows from the report, in the mountainous regions of several regions of the Southern and Siberian Federal Districts, in the Murmansk Region, as well as in the Sakhalin Region and the Kamchatka Territory, there are risks of avalanches and snow masses.
There are risks of flooding of infrastructure facilities with ice-covered waters as a result of the freezing of channels of small rivers in various settlements in Yakutia.
The increase in volcanic activity observed since the beginning of the year in the Far Eastern Federal District may create a danger for the planes of local airlines.
