During the ceremony celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Atlantic Alliance at the headquarters of the military-political bloc in Brussels, the secretary general expressed the opinion that Washington “needs Europe” because “European allies provide world-class armed forces, extensive intelligence networks and diplomatic influence.” .
