The work of the large business center “On Sovetsky” was suspended by the bailiffs by decision of the prosecutor of the Zavodskoy district of the city of Kemerovo, on February 1, reported NGS42.RU, citing the press service of the FSSP for Kuzbass .
“The owner was ordered to remove the identified fire safety violations. The building has been suspended.” – says the message.
The publication notes that there were more than a hundred tenants in the business center and for them the closure was unexpected. Many have experienced customer service issues. At the same time, some have already begun to remove their assets from the premises, since the suspension period has not been set.
The building is reported to have more than 70 owners. The legal entity Business Center Na Sovetsky LLC, which manages the business center, was established in November 2019. Since July 2022, the company has been in liquidation.
It is emphasized that this is the first major closure of a public place in recent years in the city of Kemerovo due to a violation of fire safety. The Laplandia shopping center was closed on June 15, 2021 by the decision of the Kemerovo Central District Court, and the center could not open for a long time. It contained 30 violations.
Recall that on March 25, 2018, a fire broke out in the Zimnyaya Cherry shopping center (the city of Kemerovo), in which 60 people died, 37 of whom were children, about 80 were injured. The area of the fire was 1600 square meters. At the end of September 2021, the Zavodsky District Court of Kemerovo convicted the eight defendants in the case, imposing sentences of five to 14 years in prison.
