The creation of a national hydrogeological service that would control the rational use of groundwater was announced by the official representative of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of Kazakhstan, Moldir Abdualieva, the Central Communications Service of the President of the Republic reported on April 8. .
“Issues of rational use of groundwater for drinking water supply, irrigation and grazing will be monitored. Exploration work will also be carried out and state monitoring will be carried out.”Abdulaeva said.
