Basic military training classes at the Simferopol training complex will begin on September 1, Crimea 24 TV channel reports on April 9.
Instructors, along with special operations military soldiers, will teach schoolchildren basic first aid skills, paddling techniques, tactical techniques, knife throwing and control of training drones.
Cadets, members of the Youth Army, instructors and veterans are working together to create a military sports city.
Members of the military-patriotic club “Varyag” and the “Union of Crimean Border Guards” waited two years for land for this complex. Lessons are scheduled to begin on September 1.
In addition to this complex, the military-patriotic club plans to open naval training bases in Koktebel and Feodosia. There children will be able to receive additional training during the summer holidays.
