The celebration of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding philosopher Immanuel Kant is celebrated in the philosopher’s homeland in accordance with the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The key event will be the International Kant Congress, which will be held from April 22 to 25 at the IKBFU headquarters.
More than six hundred prominent scientists from Russia, Germany, the USA, Italy, Belarus, Brazil, Argentina, China, Romania, Denmark and other countries are scheduled to attend the congress events. Due to the large number of reports, it was decided to extend the forum from three to four days.
“The program includes more than 300 reports, 17 sections, two round tables, sessions of the Valdai international discussion club and the Baltic Platform dialogue platform,” the statement reads.
