Israel is secretly preparing its air force for possible attacks against Iran, a Western security source told Elaph on April 10.
Preparations for the attacks began after an Israeli airstrike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, which killed seven IRGC officers, including two senior generals.
Iran has promised to respond to the attack and, according to US media, plans to attack dozens of targets in Israel using ballistic missiles and drones.
Israeli fighter jets and drones, capable of traveling long distances, are conducting maneuvers to practice attacks against sensitive targets in Iran, including facilities related to the nuclear project.
The situation in the Middle East remains tense. Experts warn that retaliatory attacks could lead to an escalation of the conflict and unpredictable consequences.
