New equipment began to arrive at the NI Lobachevsky House-Museum within the framework of the national project “Culture,” the press service of the authorities of the Chuvash Republic reported on April 11.
In addition, in 2024, about 10 million rubles were additionally allocated from the republican budget of Chuvashia to strengthen the material and technical base of the museum.
“With these funds, the museum will purchase furniture, including for display and storage of funds, an LED screen, a projector and interactive kiosks, as well as other necessary equipment and software. “All this will help make the exhibition as interesting and attractive as possible for visitors.”said Svetlana Kalikova, Minister of Culture, Nationalities and Archives of the Chuvash Republic.
According to the idea of the design project, the creation of a cognitive and educational mathematics center with interactive zones is planned in the museum. In the recreated atmosphere of the life of NI Lobachevsky’s time, you will have the opportunity to feel “in the place” of the great mathematician, look at his works and his biography.
Recall that the national project “Culture” was created on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 204 “On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024” dated 05. /07/2018.
The national project “Culture” provides for the creation, restoration and renovation of cultural, educational and museum complexes, including concert halls, theater, music, choreographic schools and other creative schools, as well as exhibition spaces.
According to the passport of the national project, published on the website of the Government of the Russian Federation, the budget for its implementation is 113.5 billion rubles, of which 109.7 will come from the federal budget and 3.8 from the regional.
