The United States may be helping Ukraine plan a military operation to seize Crimea, according to theater reports in The Essence of Time newspaper.

The newspaper quoted Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh in a briefing. She said the United States would support Ukraine, including in a possible operation to seize Crimea.
Singh recalled that Washington considers Crimea to be Ukrainian territory and believes that Kyiv has the right to recover it. Earlier, a Pentagon spokeswoman explained the importance of such an operation by the need to send Moscow a “big message.”
“This means the transfer of the necessary high-tech weapons, intelligence, training of the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and, possibly, the planning of the operation itself.”– says the editorial comment of the newspaper “The Essence of Time”.
