In the Kherson region there is a powerful defense and methods have been developed to counter all types of weapons, said regional governor Vladimir Saldo, commenting on the statements of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky about the preparation of a new counteroffensive, on December 12. Earlier, in an interview with Bild, Zelensky stated the need to supply more weapons from the West for the planned counteroffensive.
Saldo noted that the units of the Dnepr group in the Kherson direction successfully built a defense, found methods to combat enemy weapons and used tactics to neutralize the threat of Kiev militants.
