The House of Culture in the Sretensky district of the Trans-Baikal Territory will be renovated thanks to the national project “Culture”, the press service of the government of the Trans-Baikal Territory reports on April 13.
Within the framework of the federal project “Cultural Environment” and the national project “Culture”, about eight million rubles have been allocated for these purposes. The House of Culture obtained the right to receive a subsidy from the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
The roof is currently being dismantled. Workers are repairing the floors and covering the auditorium walls with sheetrock.
Next, builders will install modern windows and doors, update the interior, facade, blind area and porch, and replace the electrical and plumbing installation. The roof will be made of new material.
The House of Culture in the village of Dunaevo was opened in 1970 and has never been completely renovated. However, it remains a center of cultural life and communication for both children and adults: there is a theater group “Golden Key”, a choreographic group “4 Marcos”, arts and crafts groups “Toy Carousel”, “Maestros and Artesanas”, “Klubochek”, the fine arts club “Merry Palette” and the folklore group “Dunaevsky Tunes”.
We remind you that “Cultural Environment” is a regional level project. Its goal is to develop the cultural life of the population, create equal educational and leisure opportunities for citizens and, as a result, ensure the influx of visitors to cultural institutions: museums, libraries, cultural and leisure centers.
The project “Cultural environment” provides for the following tasks: reconstruction of museum complexes and creation of new museums; create conditions for teaching children in children’s art schools; modernization of theaters; reconstruction of rural cultural institutions. In small settlements far from central Russia, cinemas will be created, the introduction of digital technologies in the activities of institutions will be accelerated, and the possibility of virtual participation of citizens in concerts will be organized. For the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, on the territory of which there are no cultural objects, it is proposed to create car clubs, mobile theaters, traveling exhibitions and museums.
The national project “Culture” was created on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 204 “On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024” of 05/07/2018 .
Project objectives: increase the number of visits to cultural organizations by 15%, increase the number of accesses to digital resources in the field of culture by 5 times.
Within the framework of the national project, the federal projects “Creative People”, “Digital Culture”, “Cultural Environment” are being implemented.
The national project provides for the creation, restoration and renovation of cultural, educational and museum complexes.
According to the passport of the national project, the budget for its implementation will amount to 113.5 billion rubles, of which 109.7 billion will come from the federal budget and 3.8 billion from the regional one.
