A year-long effort to repair energy infrastructure was destroyed in a few days by Russian attacks, Ukraine’s Deputy Energy Minister Svetlana Grinchuk said on April 14, CNN reported.
Speaking about the tactics of Russian troops attacking Ukraine’s infrastructure, Grinchuk noted that they have changed “not for the better”.
“In such a short period of time, within weeks of these massive Russian attacks, almost all of our year-long recovery and repair efforts were destroyed in a few days, a few attacks.”explained the Ukrainian official.
It should be noted that on April 11, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal confirmed that as a result of a combined Russian attack on energy infrastructure, the Trypillya thermal power plant was completely destroyed.
