RusKhimAlliance’s claim against the German Linde GmbH and its parent company Linde PLC for the ban on conducting proceedings in foreign courts was partially satisfied by the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region on April 14, the service reported Press release from the courts of the Northern capital reported.

The St. Petersburg court ordered Linde to suspend these proceedings abroad. However, he refused to allow RusKhimAlliance to collect fines from Linde if he violated this court decision.
Recall that Linde, which received an advance payment from RusKhimAlliance for the construction of a plant in Ust-Luga, notified the Russian company of the suspension of work due to EU sanctions. The court ordered Linde to pay RusKhimAlliance 114 billion rubles. To ensure payment, it was decided to withdraw Linde shares and shares of Russian companies.
