RusKhimAlliance’s claim against the German Linde GmbH and its parent company Linde PLC for the ban on conducting proceedings in foreign courts was partially satisfied by the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region on April 14, the service reported Press release from the courts of the Northern capital reported.
