This Thursday saw the instructive debate of Clovis Abreu, accused of murder for the death of policeman Fabio Guerra outside the Mome nightclub in Lisbon in 2022.
Clovis Abreu began the investigation, mourning the death of the agent, and denied any involvement in the death of Fabio Guerra. “I wanted to start mourning the death of the agent, but I had nothing to do with this event. I had nothing to do with the death,” he said.
“I was confused, attacked and attacked. Action and reaction,” he added.
The prosecutor responded that “there is sufficiently strong evidence to hold the defendant accountable for these crimes.” The decision was made, and the judge agreed with the opinion of the Ministry of Justice.
Recall that 26-year-old Fabio Guerra died in a San Jose hospital due to “serious brain injuries” received as a result of attacks he suffered outside a nightclub while he was off duty.
