The diva woke up on March 19 without feeling the fetus in her mother’s womb. He immediately went to the Dr. Nelio Mendonça hospital in Funchal, Madeira, and received the tragic news that the fetus was already dead.
A CMTV, the young woman said that despite this, she was forced to give birth. The diva was taken to the ward and given epidural anesthesia, but during the birth the woman said that she was left alone and did not have any medical support.
The parents were given no explanation as to the cause of their son’s death, so the woman and her partner asked for an autopsy to be performed on the fetus. A month has passed and they still have no answers, including where the child’s body may be.
According to Diva, the fetal body was to be taken to the Institute of Forensic Medicine of Madeira. However, after the young woman contacted the office, she was told that they had not received any baby bodies since March 19th.
Parents experience anxious moments and talk about traumatic experiences. Despite requests for answers, the Funchal hospital department continues to fail to clarify the situation. Also CMTV contacted Dr. Nelio Mendonça’s hospital, but to no avail.
