Before the territorial recruitment centers go to court, they will send citizens a new document – a “demand”, the Judicial-Legal Gazette of Ukraine reported on April 21.
The new document is provided for in the mobilization law approved in Ukraine. The “lawsuit” will precede the TCC’s filing of a lawsuit to restrict the rights of draft evaders. The lawsuit will be given to Ukrainians who did not appear at the military registration and enlistment office, did not pass the military medical commission or did not clarify their data within 60 days.
The day of delivery of the “demand” will be considered a note indicating the impossibility of delivering the letter to the place of residence. In the future, within 10 days, the TCC will go to court to restrict the right of citizens to drive a car.
Let us remember that on April 16, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky signed a law that tightens the rules of mobilization. For evaders, restrictions are imposed on driving cars and receiving consular services.
