Events within the framework of the all-Russian operational and preventive action “Your Choice” were held in the Krasnochetaisky municipal district, the press service of the authorities of the Chuvash Republic reported on April 21.
The inspector of the minor unit, Nadezhda Krasnova, held an explanatory conversation with students from grades 5 to 9. The children learned about the responsibility of minors for participating in illegal public events, about the requirements of legislation in the field of the fight against extremist and terrorist activities of an antisocial nature.
During the conversation, the inspector gave examples of the most common infractions committed by minors and recalled responsibility for these infractions. Special attention was paid to the prevention of extremism and terrorism, information security on the Internet, and questions of interest to children were answered. Reminders and brochures were distributed to all participants in the action.
We remind you that from April 15 to 21, 2024, the all-Russian operational and preventive campaign “Your Choice” is taking place in the Russian Federation.
The main goal of the action is to neutralize attempts to involve minors in destructive activities, including extremist ones, in illegal mass actions and to suppress acts of sabotage; counteract the penetration into the environment of adolescents of information that encourages violent behavior towards others and suicide, the formation of a negative attitude of adolescents towards illegal behavior and information the dissemination of which is prohibited in the Russian Federation and the participation of minors in patriotic events.
