In Crimea, construction of the state center for children’s theater arts has resumed, the Crimea 24 television channel reported on April 21.
Construction has progressed. Construction work here starts from top to bottom.
The previous contractor did not install the roof, so water entered the premises: many materials became wet and mold appeared. Now workers have to re-screw the walls and floors.
Construction began in 2018; The building structure was erected in two years, but due to numerous violations, the process was frozen and resumed at the end of 2023.
The new center will have rehearsal rooms, sound recordings, rest areas for artists, a dressing room and various service rooms necessary for the functionality of the theater, and will also have underground parking for visitors.
The total area of the building is 8600 square meters. There are two performance rooms. They are designed for 400 people.
