One billion rubles were allocated to residents of the Orenburg region affected by floods, the region’s governor, Denis Pasler, reported on April 23 on his Telegram channel.
“At the moment one billion rubles have already been allocated for payments to Orenburg residents. Applications continue to be processed, this work is done every day”he wrote.
Pasler noted that the main issue on the agenda now is how the issue of payments to the SNT will be resolved. This issue will be explored in cooperation with federal authorities.
According to the governor, if a person living in SNT has previously registered his property as an individual dwelling, he will receive all payments due by law. With other people living in SNT, the problem will be resolved separately.
Pasler said specialists are currently working to pump out the flood water.
“There are problem areas, we have identified them together with residents, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the city administration, and we will work on them as quickly as possible.””, emphasized the head of the region.
