Governor Andrei Chibis answered more than 50 questions at a meeting with residents of Severomorsk, the press service of the government of the Murmansk region reports on April 24.
The head of the region recalled that thanks to the support of President Vladimir Putin, an unprecedented amount has been allocated for the next three years: 10 billion rubles for the repair of roads, infrastructure, housing and social facilities in the closed administrative city of the Murmansk Region. In addition, the CSK stadium, DOF and the central district hospital will be renovated in Severomorsk.
“We set up many sites in the region at the expense of the budget. And we let the residents take the lead. But I understand the neighbors of this yard: their area was cut off and abandoned there. It should not be like that. The municipality must find a solution. If we understand that the site was built a long time ago, the municipality should immediately plan a replacement as soon as this happens. Survey, set aside money for further installation. This applies to both deputies and the head of the city: put yourself in the shoes of a resident when making management decisions. In this case, we will see separately what can be done in your homes.”“, emphasized the governor.
In just two and a half hours of meeting, the head of the region answered more than 50 questions on various topics. All of them will be hired.
Recall that on April 4, the governor of the Murmansk region, Andrei Chibis, was in the city of Apatity on a business trip. In the afternoon, after visiting social establishments, he met with local residents at the builders’ Palace of Culture (DC) on Lenin Street.
At 10:20 p.m., as the governor left the builders’ recreation center and headed toward the official car, a man jumped out of a nearby Toyota Corolla and ran toward the official. As he approached, he stabbed him in the stomach with a homemade knife (the blade is about 10 cm long).
Nearby “Bear” riot police and police officers from the local department were unable to prevent the attack.
However, as State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein wrote in his Telegram channel, one of the Russian guards, the commander of the “Bear” squadron, who had experience in combat operations, including during the Northern Military District, saved at Mr. Chibis, “literally” throwing his attacker away from him. It is true that the attacker immediately tried to escape and was detained only after a riot police officer wounded him in the leg with a pistol.
