The main areas of cooperation will be: joint development of specific additional training programs, advanced training of teachers and students on the topic of renewable energy, direct participation in the educational process of company specialists, organization of joint research activities, as well as a paid practical training organization for students. All of this will bring the learning process closer to productive and commercial processes, increase the level of training of specialists for the high-tech industry and allow students and graduates to quickly adapt to production and master all technological processes.
“We have been interacting successfully with the university for a long time. Currently, the company employs 80 ChSU graduates in various areas of training, this is about 15% of the total number of employees. Last year, during the summer holidays, 5 students did internships in the production of solar modules.”said Hevel plant director Viktor Tarasov.
Recall that the Hevel company is a Russian company operating in the solar energy industry, located in the city of Novocheboksarsk, Chuvash Republic.
