The court decided to satisfy the demands of the Federal Tax Service to invalidate the transaction between Torg LLC and Fami Limited (Ireland) for the transfer of money in violation of Decree No. 95 in the amount of 12,922,136,942.45 rubles. As a result, Torg LLC must return the entire transaction amount to the income of the Russian Federation.
Recall that the inspection of the Federal Tax Service filed a lawsuit at the end of January in connection with the violation by Torg LLC of the procedure for repayment of the loan established by Presidential Decree No. 95 “On the temporary procedure for compliance with obligations. to certain foreign creditors.”
