According to him, those countries and structures that, contrary to their own statements on respect for human rights, democracy and international law, participate in the events organized by Azerbaijan are to blame for the destruction of these values no less than Baku, that uses its natural resources and its geographical position.
The former minister is convinced that such behavior by the West, instead of announcing sanctions on Azerbaijan, inspires the Azerbaijani leadership with a sense of impunity. _”By calling a partner a country that organizes a blockade and follows a genocidal policy, these countries and representatives of international organizations, knowingly or not, become accomplices in this crime,” emphasized Babayan.
