Search engines are looking for relatives of Sergeant Nikolai Arsentievich Ivanov, who died during the Great Patriotic War in 1943 in the Tver region, the press service of VPPOO “Trace of the Panther” reported on April 26 on the network social VKontakte.
The search team “First Frontier” in the village of Krasnogorodsk, Pskov region, found the remains of a Soviet soldier, in which a characteristic object was found – a mouthpiece. With their help, search engines identified the fighter and began searching for relatives.
Nikolai Arsentievich Ivanov, born in 1924, lived in the Mari Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (Volzhsky district, Russkaya Lugovaya village). Nikolai Arsentievi Ivanov, Komsomol member, sergeant and squad commander, served in the 119th Guards Rifle Division, presumably in the 341st, 343rd and 344th Guards Rifle Regiments.
“He left on 11/17/43, murdered. D. Podberezye, Tver region.”the message said.
