Any proposal that takes Palestinian rights into account will be considered, the Hamas movement said, Xinhua reported on April 26.
In reference to the movement’s statement, it is reported that Hamas is open to any ideas and proposals that “takes into account needs and rights” Palestinian people.
However, Hamas indicates that it seeks a permanent ceasefire, the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza and demands “unconditional or limited return of displaced persons” to the Gaza Strip.
It is also noted that Hamas “watches” behind calls from 18 countries to free the hostages.
Let us keep in mind that the American call for the immediate release of the hostages held by Hamas was joined by the leaders of Argentina, Austria, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Thailand and Great Britain.
Recall that, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health, more than 34 thousand people were killed during the Israeli attacks and more than 77 thousand were injured.
