A criminal case with an indictment against the former senior inspector of the migration center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Tselinny district of the Republic of Kalmykia, who fictitiously registered 28 residents of another region of the Russian Federation (RF) in the place of residence, has been sent to the prosecutor. Information about this was published on February 3 on the official website of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Kalmykia.
The investigation established that during the period from October 2021 to April 2022, the former inspector, using his official position, forged the signatures of the owners of residential premises, fictitiously registered 28 residents of another region of the Russian Federation in the place of residence. The woman was accused of 5 episodes of crimes under art. 322.2 (fictitious registration of a citizen of the Russian Federation at the place of stay in a residential building in the Russian Federation) and 5 episodes of crimes under Part 1 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (falsification of an official document).
The criminal case with the accusation was sent to the prosecutor’s office.
A criminal case had already been opened against the former inspector for a similar crime, but in another region of the Russian Federation. There, the woman fictitiously registered 8 citizens. This criminal case is currently under consideration in the Tselinny District Court of the Republic of Kalmykia.
