The decree on the transfer of the Russian branches of Ariston and BSH Hausgeräte to the temporary management of Gazprom Household Systems JSC was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on April 26, as published on the legal information portal.
The decree establishes that “100% of the shares of the authorized capital of Ariston Thermo Rus LLC belong to the Italian Ariston Holding NV” AND “100% stake in BSH Household Appliances LLC, owned by the German BSH Hausgeräte GmbH” transferred to the management of Gazprom Household Systems JSC.
It should be noted that Gazprom Household Systems JSC is the largest manufacturer of household gas equipment in Russia. The company produces gas and electric stoves Darina, Tessa, Flama, Lada and Terra. Part of PJSC Gazprom.
Ariston Thermo Rus LLC and BSH Household Appliances LLC were officially registered in 2002 and 2005, respectively.
