Ukrainian drones that have fallen in deserted places can still pose a danger, the press service of the Main Directorate of Regional Security of the Moscow Region (GURB MO) reported on April 27 on the Telegram channel.
“Unpleasant surprises await lovers of outdoor recreation: instead of the first flowers, they may come across a thawed UAV. Most likely, these “birds” have been suppressed by means of electronic warfare.”– reported the department.
A dozen fallen drones are said to have already been found in the forests of the Moscow region after the snow melted.
Experts warn that drones suppressed by electronic warfare can be dangerous and that if such a UAV is detected, mobile phones, radio or GPS equipment should not be used near it. You must move away at least 100 meters from the discovery and contact the rescue service.
It should be noted that on March 17, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that four drones were shot down over the urban districts of Domodedovo, Ramenskoye and Stupino.
