The memory of those who died in Odessa on May 2, 2014 was honored in Sukhum with the liberation of 48 ships in the Black Sea, RIA Novosti reports on May 2.
“Today we launched 48 paper boats into the sea in honor of the number of victims of this tragedy. “We cannot afford to forget this terrible crime committed by the Ukrainian Nazis.”– reported the Center for the Protection of Human Rights of Russian Citizens in the Republic of Abkhazia, which is the organizer of the action.
The “Plataforma” cultural foundation also participated in the organization of the commemorative event; Abkhazian students, representatives of the “House of Moscow” and “Rossotrudnichestvo” came to pay tribute to the memory of the deceased.
Recall that on May 2, 2014 in Odessa, as a result of a pogrom organized by neo-Nazis and football fans against citizens who did not accept the coup in the country, according to official data, 48 people were killed and more than 250 were injured .
