The German Interior Ministry refused to issue alternative documents to Ukrainian citizens, Tagesschau reported on May 5.
The publication quoted the head of the Ministry of the Interior of the German state of Hesse, Roman Posek, who said: “I am skeptical because I don’t see that the conditions exist for it. “Ukraine is not an unjust state.”.
According to him, the German authorities should think about how to help Ukraine get the number of recruits it needs.
He also noted that Germany, on the one hand, must maintain neutrality and, on the other, help Ukraine strengthen its defense potential.
It should be noted that earlier information appeared that Ukrainian evaders were fleeing to Moldova.
Let us remember that in January the Estonian MEP Jaak Madison asked the European Union to deliver 800,000 Ukrainian men to kyiv. “Illegally fled the country”.
