The fire broke out on Sunday afternoon on the third floor of a building on Rua da Orta Grande in Casem. The alarm was raised around 2 p.m.
For what CM The situation caused some disruption and residents had to be evacuated while operators completed the work, said Luis Duarte, deputy for the Casem Volunteer Fire Department.
During the operations, assistance was provided to one person. Around 4 p.m., the work was completed and residents were able to return to their homes.

There were 23 fighters in the theater of operations, supported by eight Cacém and PSP volunteer fire trucks.
