Police in New Mexico are reportedly searching for a 10-month-old girl who was abducted Friday night. ABC News.
After calling 112 on Friday afternoon, authorities found two women, one of whom was the child’s mother, dead in Ned Hawk Park with gunshot wounds. The five-year-old child was also found to have a gunshot wound to the head and was taken to the hospital.
Baby Eleia Maria Torres has brown eyes and hair and weighs about ten kilograms. After the missing person was alerted, authorities activated an “AMber Alert,” a code used in the United States to identify missing children.
“There is no suspect in the crime at this time. However, it is suspected that he may have been in a brown Honda of an unknown model,” New Mexico Police said in a statement posted on Facebook.
