In front of the column moved an armored vehicle of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces with the flags of the Russian Federation and Venezuela. People walked to the sound of the song “Holy War” and wartime songs could also be heard from the armored vehicle.
At the end of the procession, the participants placed floral offerings in front of the monument to the Fighters for the Independence of Venezuela. The event ended with the performance of the “Victory Waltz” at the monument. It was performed by a Venezuelan dance group.
