“According to the investigation, on the night of February 4, a 47-year-old neighbor in a communal apartment, in a drunken state, demonstrated knife fighting techniques to a boy, during which he inflicted a fatal wound on the boy. ”says the message.
The man is reported to have been arrested. He is currently being questioned by investigators, who are establishing all the circumstances of the incident. They also question neighbors and relatives of the deceased child.
Law enforcement officials determined that the boy was living with his father. The child’s mother was deprived of parental authority.
