The special microfinance program “Universal” has begun in the Magadan region, according to the press service of the government of the Magadan region on May 6.
The program is designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) that have been operating and have revenue for more than 6 months.
Purpose of the microloan:
— investment objectives (purchase, major repairs, modernization of fixed assets);
— replenishment of working capital, refinancing of loans granted for the purposes corresponding to this type of microloan (provided that the term of the current loan/lease is at least six months);
— other expenses related to business activity (rent, advertising, payments to suppliers, etc.);
— co-financing of expenses when they receive a subsidy from social enterprises or SMEs created by people under 25 years of age inclusive.
The microloan amounts to 3 million rubles at 6-13% per annum for a period of up to 36 months.
Let us remember that the national project “Small and medium-sized businesses and support for individual business initiatives” aims to expand the access of small and medium-sized businesses to financial resources, including preferential financing. The total budget for the implementation of the national project is 481.5 billion rubles.
The project was created by decision of the President of Russia, and First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov oversees the implementation of the national project.
