Participants in mass wrestling competitions sit facing each other, place their feet on the board that divides the competition area and pull a wooden stick (mas), trying to keep it parallel to the board.
Arm wrestling is a type of arm wrestling between two participants. During the match, the hands of the competitors’ namesakes are placed on a hard, flat surface (usually a table) and the palms are brought together. The task of a competitive armwrestler is to press the opponent’s hand to the surface.
