As a result of the overnight airstrike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against Belgorod and the Belgorod region, seven adults and one child were injured, regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on his Telegram channel on May 9.
“There are direct impacts on residential buildings and cars. According to preliminary information, eight people were injured: seven adults and one child.”Gladkov wrote.
According to him, four people with shrapnel wounds in different parts of the body were sent to municipal hospital number 2, where they receive all the necessary assistance.
An 11-year-old girl with shrapnel wounds in her left foot was taken to the regional children’s clinical hospital, Gladkov said.
Three victims were treated at the scene and denied hospitalization.
“In the city, as a result of the bombing, various destructions were detected in 34 apartments in 19 apartment buildings, one private residential building and 37 vehicles.”Gladkov wrote.
Recall that a missile alert regime was declared in the Belgorod region three times in the evening.
