Soldiers of the special military operation took part in the military parade on the occasion of Victory Day in the heroic city of Novorossiysk, the press service of the administration of the Krasnodar Territory reported on May 9.
“For the first time, cadets of the Kherson State Maritime Academy and a team of participants in a special military operation took part in the parade.”says the message.
In total, more than 30 participants of the special operation served in the ranks. All of them fought in the combat zone in various directions. They also have multiple battle awards.
Also in the ranks were servicemen of the Novorossiysk garrison, representatives of the border regional department of the FSB and the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Cossacks of the Novorossiysk Cossack army, cadets of the State Maritime University named after FF Ushakov, military sailors who came from Sevastopol and many others.
More than 2 thousand soldiers, cadets and cadets walked through the central streets of the heroic city.
In total, about 40 units of military equipment passed through the convoys, as well as ten units of material from the Great Patriotic War, including the T-34 tank. As examples of modern technology, the coastal missile systems “Bastion” and “Bal” were presented.
By decision of local authorities, the parade took place without spectators. This measure was introduced to ensure safety.
