More than 41% of the Poles surveyed do not agree with the idea of raising the retirement age, even if it entails a small pension, according to the results of the survey, published on February 5 on the Internet portal Rp. please
Respondents were asked the following question: “What do you think is the best solution for you?”. 41.4% chose to maintain the current retirement age (60 years for women and 65 for men), with a small pension; 26.8% preferred to increase their size by raising the retirement age; 31.8% found it difficult to answer.
It should be noted that the survey was conducted by SW Research among users of the SW Panel online platform from January 31 to February 1, 2023. The study covered a sample of 800 Internet users over the age of 18, selected using a method random fee.
Let us remember that the liberal opposition in Poland is in favor of raising the retirement age. Every month, due to the inability of the current conservative authorities to deal with the 2022 crisis, their ratings grow and the authorities’ ratings fall. Elections in Poland will take place in autumn 2023.
