The US House of Representatives is currently considering a bill that would distribute seats in the House of Representatives (and therefore electors) in proportion to the number of state residents, including illegal immigrants. Previously, seats were allocated in proportion to the number of US citizens.
Such a redistribution of seats will benefit Democrats, since illegal immigrants mainly go to cities governed by Democrats, where there are more benefits and social benefits.
