The bus was pulled out of the water using a crane with cables. The crane brought the bus closer to the Moika embankment, then lifted it and placed it on the ground, the correspondent explained.
Recall that on May 10, a regular bus with 20 passengers collided with several cars, broke the fence of the bridge over the Moika River and crashed into the water.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations previously reported that, according to the latest data, three passengers were killed and 6 people were injured. At the same time, four are in a state of clinical death.
The St. Petersburg Transport Committee reported that the driver underwent a medical examination and that the bus was fully operational and was inspected before departure.
It is known that the bus driver received Russian citizenship two years ago. The driver’s relatives claim that on May 10 he boarded a flight after a 20-hour day with a break of only a few hours.
